Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy : Your first night’s deposit is required on all reservations. You must contact us at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date to cancel your reservation ( 14 days for holidays). Holiday reservations cancelled after the 14 days notice period will receive NO REFUND. Cancellations made less than 7 days from arrival will forfeit your first night’s deposit. There will be no refunds of unused reservation days and no refunds due to inclement weather.
